New generation kilns for decoration firing
Let us introduce you the new generation of kiln for decoration firing of glass, porcelaine and ceramics. The new model range of electric chamber kilns offers a high operational capacity, low energy consumption, perfect temperature distribution and homogeneity, reliable ventilation and controlled cooling. The kilns are equipped with insulation of low thermal conductivity and anti-dust finish. The heating system is made of resistant wire KANTHAL and it is carried by ceramic tubes. The heating is set in all kiln walls. The kilns are equipped with controlled thermocatalytic disposal of combustion gases and with the controlled underpressure ventilation. The kiln is controlled by the industrial PLC (programmable logic controller) with the touch-panel which displays all operational data and actual position of the process. The PLC can be also be connected to a remote PC for archiving all burning cycles as well as for programming and controlling them.
As an extension element we offer a communicator for the wire-less transfer of desired information to one or more mobile phones. The batch stowing can proceed individually by inserting the pieces into a frame inside the kiln or in bulk by the means of a forklift. The constructive solution of the kilns, their equipment and controller possibilities offer the effective exploitation of the heating power and reaching the best technological parameters of the process. One of the operational advantages is a fault-less burning cycle without attendance, reliable managing of all decoration technologies from 500 – 1000 °C and possibility of the shortening the process as much as possible.
